Potomac Valley Watercolorists, Inc., is a nonprofit organization, effective August 25, 2005, exempt from Federal income tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  Contributions are deductible under section 170 of the Code.  The organization is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code.  Public Charity Status: 509 (a) (2).
 
Copies of the exemption application and supporting documents, the exemption letter, and IRS 990 Forms for the most recent three years are available upon request.  Submit requests with a check or money order for $6 payable to Potomac Valley Watercolorists, Inc. to cover costs of copying and postage.
